All travel costs, including mileage, ferry fares, airfare, hotel & rental car are covered by my clients. I work with flat fees & mileage fees to accommodate most travel fees. However, please inquire for more details and options.

PRICING

Is the reservation fee/deposit refundable?
The deposit is non-refundable or transferable in the event of cancellation, it being the agreed loss suffered by the photographer due to cancellation.
Cancellation less than 12 weeks before the date of the event will require payment in full

How do you accept payment?
Payment is accepted in either Wire-Transfer, Check, Cash or Credit-Card (Credit cards includes a 3%fee)

Do your prices include tax?
Yes, the tax is already included in the price.

Does it cost to have you travel to our wedding? How much?
There is no charge to travel in the NYC area, although parking garages are covered by client. As for other areas, the client covers travel and board.

Can we order prints of your images ?
We deliver all the photos in both small and large formats. The small format photos are great for social media and 4x6 prints. The large format photos are great for anything larger than 4x6.

If interested in high/custom quality printing, we always recommend clients to reach out to us.

GENERAL

Do we need a second shooter?
A second shooter isn’t required if the bride and groom are getting ready at the same location and have less than a 100 guest. However I always recommend a second photographer if the bride and groom are getting ready at separate locations or have more than 100 guests attending their wedding.

What do you shoot with and are you insured?
My team and I are suckers for Canon L series gear! Our arsenal consists two 5DIV bodies, equipped with a 14mm, 24mm, 35mm, 50mm, 85mm. 100mm, 24-70mm and 70-200mm along with 4 canon ex600 flashes. As for insurance, we’ve been with hiscox the last 6 years.

Can you shoot JUST our engagment session if you’re not available for our wedding?
Absolutely! It would be my pleasure!

Do you travel for weddings?
Yes! I have traveled to so many destinations, if I am already in your area no travel fees are required, so reach out and let’s chat. 

Do you post everything you shoot online?
We try to post as many as possible, however our main focus is providing a smooth reliable service and delivering photos on time.

What do we do if it’s raining on our wedding day or engagement session?
Incase of rain, we can always reschedule or decide on an indoor space. Unfortunately with weddings, we wouldn’t be able to reschedule. However with some planning we can use the rain to our advantage and create beautiful photographs.

How do we pick photo locations?
One of my biggest engagement session tips when considering locations is not to think too much about what landmarks you want in the background. In many cases I can make something work but I wouldn’t wa nt tha t to be your prima ry reason to choose a spot. Instead of a single backdrop, think about the location in terms of an environment or atmosphere (i.e. the feel of the city, or the feel of nature). I, of course, would encourage a ny loca tion tha t has some sentimental significance–like it was your first date spot or where you first met.

DELIVARABLES

How many images can we expect from our engagement or wedding?
Typically the client will receive about 125 images for their engagement session. As for their wedding, the espresso package provides 700-1000 photos and with the cortado/cappuccino package the client is provided with 1000-1400 photos.

How long until we get to see our photos?
Engagement photos are delivered within three to four weeks and wedding photos are delivered within five to seven weeks. However, I will send you a few preview photos of your engagement session and we deliver same day edits of about 40 photographs of your wedding day

How will we receive the photographs?
I have an online delivery system that gives you links to download .zip files of the event as well as an online gallery that you can reference and share with family/friends.

Can I have unedited versions of the photos or the RAWs?
I never give unedited photographs or RAW, not even for the extra price.

Does the photographer retain the copyright to the images? Does that mean we can’t share them?
The entire copyright in the photographs is retained by the photographer at any time throughout the world. Copyrights belong and are transferred to the client. When the photographs are delivered via online gallery to the client
as part of their wedding collection, these photographs may be printed, and displayed online, for personal or commercial use.
The photographer retains the right in all cases to use the photographs in any manner at any time and in any part of the world for the purposes of advertising or otherwise promoting his work.
